Vous avez adoré les bons petits plats latinos du « Resto Pollo Rico" ? Voici la nouvelle carte de la maison, plus variée que la précédente. Les propriétaires du lieu vous souhaitent la bienvenue et de passer un agréable moment. A table !
Nous vous proposons comme amuse-gueules des botanas plus relevées que sur la carte précédente : une cerveza du nom de Karamelo Santo, en grignotant des totopos bien rock (13 Millas de Libertad), tandis qu’un groupe de cumbia local joue au fond du resto avec un chanteur punk !! (King Chango).
Les antojitos arrivent enfin : guacamole américano-argentin et oui çà existe ! burritos con salsa picante (Color Café), et un mélange de cuisine traditionnelle et moderne (Candela Rumba Sampler).
Nous vous conseillons le menu dégustation avec des tacos « reguero » de poulet (mexicains et très cumbia), un plat andin « IAO Latino System » fait de haricots rouges, un orden d’enchiladas suaves du Venezuela, une assiette amazonienne (la mazurka guyanaise) ou bien un chili con carne de Frisco. Le plat du jour est le poulet à la « Sin Sospechas ».
Trois boissons fortes : allez-vous tenir le choc ? Une caïpirinha mixée rap par Skuba, une tequila mexicaine frappée en Suède (Tristes Tigres), un ron seco avec quatre DJ’s péruviens (Novalima).
Vous ne pouvez pas quitter notre établissement sans goûter à notre délicieuse carte de desserts. Prenez le temps de déguster Un kuartito de tarte aux mangues puis une crème fondante à la Ganja avant de faire couler le tout avec une glace vanille-Djambi-café qui nous annonce que c’est l’heure de partir.

You loved the tasty latino dishes of "Resto Pollo Rico"? Here is the new menu, more varied than the previous one. The owners of the place welcome you and wish you a pleasant moment. Dinner’s ready !
As an appetizer, we propose you botanas, more spicy than on the previous menu: enjoy a cerveza (beer) named Karamelo Santo, while nibbling good rock totopos (13 Millas de Libertad), as a local cumbia band plays in the back of the restaurant with a punk singer!! (King Chango).
Antojitos arrive finally: An American-Argentinian guacamole, yes it does exist (Aztecas Tupro featuring Stucky)! Burritos with spicy salsa (Color Café), and a mixture of traditional and modern cooking (Candela Rumba Sampler).
We advise you the tasting menu with chicken "reguero" tacos (Mexican and very cumbia ones), the Andin flavour of "IAO Latino System" lovingly cooked with kidney beans, the tastiness of our enchiladas from Venezuela (Desorden Publico), an Amazonian dish (the French Guianese mazurka of Karnivor) or a chile con carne from Frisco (Los Mocosos). You might as well enjoy today’s special: our “Sin Sospechas” chicken.
